Cathy has B.S. degree in sociology from Rowan University and a Master of Education from Pepperdine University. Cathy’s career started in social work before her transition to the education field. Cathy has over 10 years of elementary school teaching experience and over 25 years of various volunteer experience including senior care, foster care, and in hospitals while she did social work. Cathy continues to be involved in the local community and is greatly satisfied when she gives back to others in need. Cathy’s core responsibilities with Family Ties Home Care focus on the clients, their families, and referral sources.

Adam has a B.S. in Business Management & Finance from the State University of New York, New Paltz, and brings over 25 years of executive management experience in operating a multi-million-dollar complex business in which he directly managed sales & operational teams, daily operations, client acquisition, customer service, and more. In New Jersey, Adam was a certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and was a volunteer on the Englishtown Manalapan First Aid Squad. Adam’s core responsibilities with Family Ties Home Care consists of operating the day-to-day business activities including policies, financials, accounting, human resources, recruiting, scheduling, customer service, and overall daily management.

Marcos has over 15 years of experience in the caregiving industry and has cared for dozens of clients throughout the years. Marcos brings his knowledge and experience with him each day to ensure the clients have superior care and service. Marcos is skilled at leading the care team so they can perform their roles safely and effectively while focusing on enriching the lives of the clients so they can continue living independently in their homes. Marcos is effective resource for the families and loved ones with his daily involvement and communication.

Administrative Manager: Jennifer Rogers

Jennifer has been nursing for over 31 years. She started her career at UCLA working Med-Surg, Oncology and Neuro Trauma for nearly 10 years. She then worked at local hospitals as a registry nurse floating to a different unit each shift. She has been running a concierge family practice in Malibu for the last 15 years and she also does home health and hospice nursing. She loves nursing and recognizes the importance of quality nursing and caregiving which is why she now works with Family Ties as the administrative manager focused on hiring great people that share her values or providing high levels of care. She lives in Agoura Hills and has 2 grown sons. She enjoys spending time with family/friends, cooking and going on long walks with her dog.
