Family Ties helped care for my Dad and their incredible care improved the quality of his life immeasurably. I called in a panic looking for care as soon as possible, and I was treated with kindness and respect. They came out immediately and met my Dad and were able to get help for us immediately. While other agencies had only been able to offer many different people each day coming in to his home, Family Ties was able to offer 2 consistent people so my Dad could get to know them. After a fall and surgery and rehab, Family Ties Home Care took over my care at home 24/7 for almost two months. They were consistently professional, kind, and I don’t know what I would have done without their support. The agency kept in touch throughout to make sure that everything went smoothly. One of my caregivers, Molly, was absolutely terrific - consistently meeting my needs and a pleasure to have in my home, as was Alice for shorter periods of time. My Aunt has Alzheimer’s Disease. She has two fantastic caregivers, who work in shifts, who are both above and beyond!! DC is with her Tuesdays through Thursdays. She is loving, caring, and does everything she can to ensure my aunt’s comfort and safety. She even styles her hair and does light cleaning and laundry, as well as other tasks that make my aunt feel happy and comfortable. She even does the grocery shopping. Fridays  and Saturdays VK takes excellent care of her—making meals, making conversation, keeping order in her home, grocery shopping when necessary.  These two women are more than caregivers. I give Family Ties a five star rating in home care. Adam Belsky the owner is by far one of the nicest, most professional, kind, knowledgeable, filled with compassion and care, accessible,  and giving of his time generously to make your home caregiving  needs met and exceeded; going above and beyond. His team of a care manager, nurse and caregivers have given me the continued confidence that my parents are being well taken care. He makes sure he gets the right fit of personality, skill set, for your needs.   I call it a careful and difficult 10,000 piece puzzle with scheduling, meeting the clients needs and the caregivers needs. It was a high recommendation to be  referred to Family Ties through a labor law attorney and I knew I wanted someone professional who did everything legal, crossing the t's and dotting the i's. He is respectful to all and easy to work with. We have been with Family Ties for over two years and my family presents many many challenges to caregivers!! it is  with all respect that Family Ties is a partner is making my parents have the best experience in making my parents have their best days forward.  I highly recommend.
